I believe in the power of collective effort and the importance of creating opportunities for all to thrive in the Greater Washington region. I am driven by the experiences of my family—immigrants from El Salvador—and the diverse community I grew up in within the DC region. Witnessing the struggles and triumphs of those who work tirelessly to enact change for communities facing systemic inequities inspires me deeply and has shaped my commitment to increasing access to the tools, resources, and support needed to advance racial equity.

As the Executive Assistant and Partnerships Administrator with the Community Partnerships & Strategy team (CP&S), I contribute to the Meyer Foundation by ensuring that our team operates efficiently to serve our grantee partners in a timely and impactful manner. My role allows me to be a strong representative of what our team accomplishes with our partners, furthering the Foundation’s mission.

Prior to joining the Meyer Foundation, my previous roles across the private, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors taught me the importance of cross-departmental collaboration and strategic planning. This experience, coupled with my work during my time at The Philanthropic Collaborative for Education, where I focused on advancing equitable and racially just education, has equipped me with the skills necessary to contribute effectively to this role and help catalyze change for our grantee partners.

I joined the Meyer Foundation in 2024.
