GRANTS & SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE
I believe the philanthropic sector has a responsibility to fund work that addresses systemic inequities and builds power in communities. Through my work, I aim to reduce the administrative burden on nonprofits seeking philanthropic funding to expand access and drive systemic change.
As the Grants & Systems Associate at the Meyer Foundation, I develop and execute grant processes that are efficient, grantee-centered, and responsive to changing needs. I also utilize our grants system to support collective learning through analysis and reporting.
Prior to joining the Meyer Foundation, I supported federal grantmaking at the National Endowment for the Humanities, funding the nation’s cultural sector. While there, I helped establish the agency’s Office of Data & Evaluation, where I learned best practices for analysis and evaluation in grantmaking. My background in the arts and culture sector taught me the importance of access and creative thinking.
I joined the foundation in 2026.
