I am driven by the belief that strong, equitable systems are essential for communities to thrive. I am inspired by the ways people come together to pool resources, share care, and build networks of support, and I bring that same spirit to my work. For me, assistant work is not just about processes—it’s about creating structures that make justice work sustainable and accessible.

As the executive assistant in the executive office at the Meyer Foundation, I contribute by supporting the Foundation’s leadership, ensuring that strategy, governance, and daily tasks are aligned with our mission. In this role, I help create the conditions that allow our team and partners to focus on advancing racial equity across the Greater Washington region.

Prior to my current role, I served as manager of strategy and operations at Philanthropy DMV, where I built out organizational systems and strengthened internal practices to support equity-driven philanthropy. Beyond my professional work, I am committed to grassroots organizing and collective care in my own community. I’ve been involved in efforts that range from coordinating mutual aid networks, to supporting housing justice and food access, to creating safer, more affirming spaces for queer and trans communities. These experiences ground me in the belief that lasting change is built through relationships, resource-sharing, and deep care for one another.

I joined the Meyer Foundation in 2025.

I am rooted in
