As Chief of Staff, I serve as a close thought partner and collaborator to Meyer’s leadership and board, helping translate the Foundation’s strategic priorities into action and coordinating cross-team projects.

I stay connected to Meyer’s programmatic work, leading our capacity building initiatives, which are rooted in the needs of grantee partners and driven by Meyer’s long-standing commitment to building strong and resilient organizations. I also lead our work to understand the progress and impact of grantee partners. I see myself as a connector, linking people and organizations to each other and to resources that can help them make their visions a reality.

I’m a strong believer in Meyer’s commitment to racial and economic justice, which feels particularly important right now as federal policies and the rapid expansion of AI threaten to further escalate income inequality and widen the racial wealth gap. The work that our grantee partners continue to drive forward in the face of mounting obstacles gives me hope. It reinforces my belief that meaningful change starts from the ground up and remains possible.
