Management Assistance Program Reporting and Evaluation

Learning and evaluation are critical components of MAP. If you are awarded a management assistance grant, you will be asked to complete a grantee reporting and self-evaluation form at the end of the grant period. The completed form will serve as your final report to the Foundation on the MAP grant. You may be asked to discuss your project and the work of your consultant with Foundation staff and other MAP grantees.

Management assistance grants are made to your organization, not to a consultant. You are the client and any report to the Meyer Management Assistance Program on activities during the grant period should be made by you. MAP will not require your consultant to report to us on the work that has been done for you or to share information collected on your program.
