advocate for an integrated health care system for uninsured and underserved people,
help people access culturally and linguistically appropriate primary health care services,
educate people about ways to improve their health, or
provide an integrated continuum of care—including primary care, mental health services, chronic disease management, and substance abuse treatment—for uninsured and underserved people.
Meyer generally does not fund
hospital-run programs,
nursing homes or assisted living facilities,
organizations requesting funds for work that focuses on a specific disease, condition, or disability,
residential treatment facilities,
individuals, either through scholarships or other forms of financial assistance,
