Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Programs
US Department of Housing and Urban Development
5,000 awards of up to $6,000,000 are available for programs that reduce the incidence of homelessness in continuum of care communities by assisting homeless individuals and families to move to self sufficiency and permanent housing. A match is required.
