IRS Focus on Nonprofit Compensation: What Every Board Member Should Know

The revised IRS Form 990 will require nonprofits to change the way that the compensation process is reported. This Foundation Center course will go over the new reporting requirements for 2008. Included in the workshop will be an overview of what all board members should know about how the IRS wants pay levels to be determined.
