Executive coaching provides leadership training, development of interpersonal skills, and guidance for how to manage and lead employees. The Nonprofit Quarterly has published "A Leader's Guide to Executive Coaching" which provides an overview of the process. Included in the article is a discussion of the leadership challenges facing nonprofits as well as questions and scenarios that executives can use to determine whether or not coaching is the right tool to use.
