Vice President, Finance and Administration
As the Foundation's chief financial and administrative officer, Ms. Conte is responsible for the financial position of the organization, is staff liaison to the foundation's investment managers and advisors, oversees its human resource functions, and manages its technology and communication systems. Ms. Conte also serves as the financial advisor to the foundation's Cash Flow Loan Program.
Ms. Conte has worked in the nonprofit sector for many years, including heading the finance and administration offices at the National Environmental Education and Training Foundation and the National Conference of State Legislatures. Ms. Conte volunteers extensively in her community and has held volunteer leadership positions in her local PTA and civic association. She has a bachelor's degree from George Washington University and is on the board of the Foundation Financial Officers Group and the Finance and Administration Roundtable. Ms. Conte is a long-standing member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Society for Human Resource Management. She Chaired ASAE's Finance and Business Operations Council in 2004-2005. She currently heads the Foundation Financial Officers Group 2008 Conference Committee.
